Due to our volume, we use an automated system that files a non-paying bidder report with Ebay after 10 days and soon thereafter the transaction will be cancelled.

If for any reason youre not completely satisfied with your purchase from OutletCouture, you may return it within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the item as long as it is in unworn/unused condition. We ask that all customers contact us prior to returning an item for exchange, so we may make proper arrangements for the exchange. On AS IS merchandise, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. 

International Customers: Shipping and handling rates do NOT include any Customs duties/taxes that you may pay upon receipt of your item.
